REFUND POLICY

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund, after an item has been dispatched it can't be amended and is subject to the policy specified below.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all items should be returned new and unused in their original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

• Once your return has been received, due to the nature of the product, it will be inspected thoroughly and processed accordingly. 

• Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

• Returns should be sent using a tracked delivery service.

• Catching Collectibles Ltd. is not responsible for any postage costs unless you are returning a faulty item.

• Catching Collectibles Ltd. is not responsible for any delayed or lost parcels.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
